Yes. Each kid has a personal link on the My family page that only shows them. Tap Text it next to their name to send it to their phone.

Tap Resend my link on the sign-up page and enter your email.

The site catches it and emails you the same link instead of making a second copy of your kid.

2-4-3 is the number of letters in each word of "we love you." It shows up across the read-a-thon: the 2-4-3 blocks, the 243,000-minute school goal, the 243-minute personal goal, and the Vista heart.

When Vista reads 243,000 minutes, everyone gets a free dress day. Along the way, school checkpoints unlock new avatars, streak savers, and double coins.

Books, comics, audiobooks, being read to, and reading to someone else. It all counts.

The leaderboard shows first name and last initial only. Full names are visible only to your family and the read-a-thon admin.

Tap the speaker button that says Sound on, at the top right of every page. The site remembers your choice on that device.
